Hello, I'm Christine and hail from New York. I've been slow cooking for years now, but only during the fall and winter seasons. Now, I'm starting to slow cook all year round. I read that it's a great way to lose weight, eat healthy meals and not be a slave to the stove. I will be posting some new thoughts on that matter, as well as some recipes.
