2 pounds turkey
2 green bell peppers, or combination of red, yellow, and green, cut in strips
1 teaspoon celery salt
Dash of pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, or 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 cups thick barbecue sauce
Place items in crockpot and cook on low for four hours.
Note: If you have less turkey leftover, you can make a smaller batch of the BBQ Turkey in the crockpot.
