Hi everyone. My name is Mindy, and I am so excited that I have found this forum. I am so excited to share recipes and ideas for the slow cooker. I love using the crockpot. I use mine throughout the entire year. I do use it a bit more in the fall and winter. I find it so rewarding to "dump" a bunch of ingredients into the crockpot, yet it comes out tasting wonderful! I am looking forward to meeting new people.
