Ingredients
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken Whole Chicken
- 1 can diced tomatoes with diced peppers
- 15 oz. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- tortilla chips or fritos
- sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sliced green onions
- avacado
- Combine first ten ingredients into Crock Pot
- Cook on low, 6-8 hours.
- Pour soup into bowls, top with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, green onions, avacado & sour cream, if desired
