Baked potatoes

I'm sure many of you know that you can make your baked potatoes in the crock pot! But I'm adding it to the list because this mama right here thought it was the neatest thing when I found out!
wash your potatoes
poke holes in them
wrap in foil ( I always add some seasoning to them like Ms. Dash and butter)
put them in the crock pot for 4 hours on high

YUM! If my kids approve its a win win
 
Yes, I've done this before too. Works great. If you have a large crock pot, you can put a meatloaf in a small round dish or loaf pan and put your potatoes around it. Add a little water to the bottom of the pot so you don't crack your pot from heating it without moisture in the bottom.
 
That sounds amazing!

I bet this would be perfect for a twice baked potato. I always make really inconstant baked potatoes and every time I try to make a twice baked, I fail horrifically. This sounds like the perfect solution.

I love how people keep turning me on to new crockpot ideas that I wouldn't have thought about before!
