My boyfriend and I just moved into a new apartment so it's my first Christmas to where I can decorate my own dwelling. We don't have a lot up right now but I've been sifting through thrift stores and searching for more things to add to our collection in hopes that one day it will be huge. I love...
If I were you I wouldn't keep the herbs in the containers you buy at the store. You may be better off avoiding those in general and going to your local garden center to buy fresher, more viable herb sprouts.
My boyfriend is going to love this! We always have an ample amount of those veggies in the house. I'm definitely going to have to give this a try some time soon.
It's delicious! It's hard to explain what it tastes like but I tell you what if you go buy some and you won't regret it. Throw a little butter and sugar into it and you have a lovely oatmeal alternative. I need to remember to put it on my shopping list!
I'm pretty proof positive it does and the more natural the honey the better it is for you. I bought some raw honey awhile back and it was delicious! You just have to warm it up a bit to melt it but it's totally worth it.
I'm thankful for my little family too, it's a family in the makings really since we aren't married or anything but my SO, our apartment, and our puppy are some of the things I'm most thankful for this year.
Cream of wheat! I haven't had that in years; I keep telling my boyfriend we need to have some soon. I don't know if it would cook as well as the oatmeal though :/
That's actually a really great idea! I have various meats in the freezer but you know it's not enough to make a whole meal on it's own, so thanks for that! I'll be giving this a try sometime here soon.
Does anyone know how to make oatmeal in the crock pot so that you can leave it on overnight? My boyfriend and I always get up five minutes before we have to leave and often times don't get to eat breakfast. It would nice to have something that's ready to go.
