1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
12 ounces sweet potatoes, cubed
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper, in crock pot; cover and cook on high 4 to 5 1/2 hours. Stir in combined cornstarch and water, stirring 2 to 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
