Slow Cooker Mocha Coffee Recipe

3 cups brewed coffee (strong)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (put through a sieve to get out lumps)
1/3 cup soy milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
11/2 cups almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add to the Crockpot or Slow Cooker:

The brewed coffee, almond milk, cocoa powder, dry soy milk powder, sugar, vanilla extract.

Mix well.

Turn to high and let cook for 2 hours.

Stir again and serve in mugs.

Makes a 36 ounces which is a little bit more than 4 cups.

It is easy to double or triple for a larger group. Just make sure your pot is large enough.

If you desire, add a little splash of Kahlua to your prepared mug and stir.

Do not freeze this recipe.
