2 lbs. beef stew meat (or venison)
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom or roasted garlic/mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 cup 7-up or Sprite
Handful of carrots , cut up
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1. Place meat and mushrooms in slow cooker.
2. Combine can of soup, onion soup mix, and the zippy part, pour over meat and mushrooms.
3. Cover. cook on low 6-8 hours. (depending on size of stew chunks)
4. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
