Slow Cooker Bunch of Crunch Candy

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs white melting chocolate or vanilla candy coating
  • 1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 t almond extract
  • 4 c corn flake cereal
  • 4 c crispy rice cereal
  • 4 c mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Break chocolate into small chunks and place in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on high for one hour
  3. Stir in peanut butter and almond extract until smooth
  4. Combine cereals and marshmallows in a huge bowl
  5. Stir dry mixture into chocolate mixture little by little until well coated
  6. Drop tablespoonful's of mixture onto wax paper and leave to set
  7. Store at room temperature and in air tight container.
