Ingredients
- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup+ 1 tbsp light caesar salad dressing
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, etc for serving
- Place the chicken in the crockpot with the 1 cup of water and cook on low for 5 hours.
- Once cooked, drain the water out and place the chicken on a cutting board. Shred with two forks and place back into the crockpot.
- Add in the caesar dressing, parmesan, parsley, and garlic salt and pepper. Stir until evenly combined and cook on high heat for 15 more minutes.
- Serve hot on sandwich buns, sliders, or baguette bread!
