Skinny Crockpot Chicken Caesar Sandwiches Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅓ cup+ 1 tbsp light caesar salad dressing
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, etc for serving
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot with the 1 cup of water and cook on low for 5 hours.
  2. Once cooked, drain the water out and place the chicken on a cutting board. Shred with two forks and place back into the crockpot.
  3. Add in the caesar dressing, parmesan, parsley, and garlic salt and pepper. Stir until evenly combined and cook on high heat for 15 more minutes.
  4. Serve hot on sandwich buns, sliders, or baguette bread!
