Here is another way to cook chicken breasts and it is great for those on Weight Watchers!
Food Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts - without bones & skin
Italian seasoning mix
Small amount of chicken broth
Recipe Preparation:
Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix Italian seasoning mix with small amount of chicken broth. Pour over chicken breasts and cover crockpot. Cook on low for approximately four hours. If you like more liquid, then you can add more to the slow cooker. For those following Weight Watchers, one breast is around three points.
Crockpot Hint: You can also use some Italian seasoning bottled dressing in place of the broth and dry seasoning mix if you like an even easier method.
