Ingredients
Place the rinsed and dried pork shoulder in a crockpot. Add salt and pepper. Rub the oregano and cumin over the pork, then top with onion. Add the lime and orange juice, then add the orange parts into the crockpot. Cover and cook (low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4 hours).
Once the pork is tender, pull it apart and place in a sauté pan with heated vegetable oil, frying until crusty. Serve
- 2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
