Mini-Crockpot Recipes (Crockette): Peppered Steak in a Crock

1 onion thinly sliced
1 green pepper thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper thinly sliced
1 1/2 pounds beef roast, sliced against the grain
1 tb Soy Sauce
1 tb Sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Brown Sugar
2 garlic cloves thinly sliced

Put the vegetables in the crock-ette.
Add the meat and the seasonings.
Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours.
