Ingredients
A couple of twists of ground pepper (roughly a teaspoon)

2-1/2 pounds boneless round steak
1 14-1/2 oz can Ro*Tel tomatoes
1 tablespoon liquid smoke, mesquite flavor
1-1/3 cups beef broth
1 cup sliced celery

1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup bell pepper
2 peeled and minced garlic cloves
