Leftover Turkey Crockpot Recipes: Hot Turkey Sandwiches

6 c. diced turkey
3 cups Velveeta cheese (American cheese), diced or shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or make your own)
1 can cream of chicken soup (or make your own)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip

Combine everything in your crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir every 30 minutes or so. Serve on buns.
