I'm not really a big lamb eater but I like this recipe.

- 8 - lamb chops
- 2 - teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 - cup white wine
- 1/2 - cup orange juice
- 1/2 - teaspoon oregano
- 4 - cloves garlic
- 1 - orange
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - bay leaf
Directions:
- In skillet, brown lamb in oil, drain well.
- In a small bowl, thoroughly mix wine, orange juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Brush browned lamb with mixture and place in 3 to 4-1/2 quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours, or HIGH 4 hours.
