Delicious & Easy Crock Pot Dijon Turkey Breast
Food Ingredients:Turkey breast
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2/3 cup favorite juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe Preparation:
Place turkey breast in slow cooker. If you use one with skin, place the skin up. Brush with mustard and sprinkle with salt/pepper to your liking. Pour juice over and around the turkey breast. Cover and cook for eight hours. Check with meat thermometer to ensure it is at least 165 degrees internally. Serve and enjoy!
