4 cups water
2 cups frozen peach slices
1 cup steel-cut oats
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Add cooking spray to slow cooker. Add ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours.
