Crock Pot Smothered Pork Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz cans)
  • 6 oz can of french fried onions
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • Prepared rice
Instructions
  1. Cut pork chops into bite size pieces
  2. Place pork pieces in crock pot and combine well with all ingredients except rice
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
  4. Serve over rice and sprinkle with french fried onions
