Ingredients
3 pounds pork roast ( 2-3 pounds )
1 onion ( minced )
3 garlic ( cloves, crushed )
3 tomatillos ( husked and chopped 2-3 )
1 jalapeno peppers ( seeded and chopped )
4 ounce chili peppers, green ( can )
14 ounce canned tomatoes ( diced 14 oz. )
1 teaspoon cumin seed
16 ounces green salsa
Directions
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place your roast in the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Once finished, shred the roast with two forks if you desire to make tacos with the meat. Serve on flour tortillas for tacos and add desired toppings.
