Ingredients
- 3 lbs Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- 1 oz pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/2 to 1 cup Chicken Broth or Sherry
- Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with dressing.
- Pour broth/sherry over chicken until almost but not fully covered.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
