4 cups strongly brewed coffee
4 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Liquid stevia to taste (I used 32 drops, but I like my lattes sweet)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Whipped cream and cinnamon sticks, optional
Pour brewed coffee and milk in a 2-3 quart crock pot. Stir.
Add honey, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Whisk lightly so you don’t make a mess all over the counter.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Turn to warm and keep warm for 2-3 more hours.
Serve with whipped cream and cinnamon sticks if desired.
Yield: 8 cups latte
