Just stopping in to say Hi. This looks like it will be fun and informative. Although, as an old retired widow, I don't cook for a family like I did many years ago. So, I am cooking just for me. I have a small (mini ?) crockpot. Looking forward to hanging around and maybe I will learn something new.

Welcome! I too often cook in small batches (for two). When I make something special, however, I love to make extra to freeze for a lazy day. I look forward to sharing recipes and stories with you!
