I make corned beef in the crock pot all the time! So easy! You just buy a hunk of corned beef, put in some water, the seasoning packet that comes with it, and one ay leaf. Delicious!! You can also add in cabbage and potatoes if you want to. It's one of our favorite meals!

My sons have aversions to crockpot cooking too. I don't get it. I keep doing it though, hoping they'll realize how yummy it is

I do whole chickens, but like the poster above, they come out soft and juicy. I get two meals out of it= the chicken one night, and a soup the next night.
